Great spot, really enjoyed our stay. There was a car on a nearby street when we arrived whose alarm was going off non stop. The room we ended up with was right above it. We called down and they moved us to the opposite side of the hotel immediately and brought our new keys up. Clutch as that car was still going hours later

This was the second time staying here and it was another great experience. The Loews staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to dine. Great food and drinks at Bar Bourbon. Location was perfect to walk around and celebrate New Year’s Eve.

My wife and I stayed here for a return trip to the city and it was wonderful! Lauren at the front desk was exceptional and made check in easy. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The bar down stairs was well maintained and made excellent drinks with a nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was fantastic. Staff were amazing! Location was great for access to our venu and Cardinal Nation! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer hotel to support our trip. Breakfast was very good and the whiskey room had an amazing selection of bourbon and whiskeys.

Requested towels multiple times and never received them. The next morning I requested again and said I wanted a manager to call me and then I finally received my towels and a $50 credit for their restaurant. Text for our valet and when we went down to get our truck the valet said no one told him and he was very frustrated. They said they had 24 room service but when my daughter tried to order something they said the restaurant was closed. Requested towels again with no towels being delivered. I had to walk down the hall and ask a housekeeping lady for them. Still no manger has never called me like I requested. My husband was in the bar having a beer and a snack and my daughter came in with some pizza because she didn’t like anything on the bar menu and the bartender made her leave and not eat her pizza even thought other people were in the same area with their Starbucks. Definitely not the service I expect for the price you pay for this hotel.
